The world is slowly shrinking for Von Tanto, the 39-year-old Army reservist main suspect in the killing of a cyclist after two argue because jostle on the road to Quiapo Monday night.
It will be recalled given the Manila police until 5 pm on Wednesday for Tanto to surrender and be responsible for the killing of Mark Vincent Geralde.
